...and by winners and losers, of course I mean their outfits!
It was the Women Of The Year Awards, so everyone turned up looking fabulous... well, most people!
My favourite outfits of the night go to the following two ladies...

Nicole Richie, it's hard to remember Nicole back in the 'Simple Life' days... gone is the dodgy makeup and fake tan, the chavvy clothes and the bleached hair extensions.
Nicole has totally transformed from those days and is now a stunning brunette. This dress, I believe, is from her 'Winter Kate' range... isn't it gorgeous?! I wish I could afford some of her designs because they're amazing!
The colour is very much on trend (can't get enough of the nudes this season!) and it totally complements her hair and skin colouring.
I love how she has kept her hair simple, with subtle dewy makeup, and then gone for a slight rocker look with her silver bangles and black nail polish.
As well as looking fabulous, Nicole also had reason to celebrate, because she was the winner of 'Entrepreneur of The Year' award!

Next up is the beautiful winner of 'Woman of The Year'... you guessed it, Miss Cheryl Tweedy! (Tweedy?.. I don't know what to call her at the moment!!) Anyway, as usual, she looked absolutely beautiful. She chose to wear an 'underwear as outerwear' style dress by Julien Macdonald, which I adore from every angle.

Look at the detailing on the dress... its stunning, and I love how it's long at the back and short at the front, I sense a new trend beginning! Her perfect makeup, lovely hair pulled to the side, her handbag and those Jimmy Choos!! I'm super jealous of the entire outfit!

My other winners of the night go to;

Rachel Stevens - who is looking fabulous in her pregnancy
Fearne Cotton - always a favourite of mine, still with gorgeous hair!
Kelly Rowland - can't go wrong with a bodycon dress & I love the diagonal strap

Zoe Saldana - stunning dress, I love it
Claudia Winkleman - such a simple, vintage inspired outfit (and amazing boots)
Abbey Clancey - I'm starting to like the jump suit on the red carpet look, the added belt makes it look great too!

Now onto the losers of the red carpet (for me anyway)...

Denise Van Outen - I know she has just had a baby, but it doesn't mean she needs to dress 20 years older than she actually is! (Mummies can be sexy too!)
Alexandra Burke - this is just a little too 'try hard' for me, it kind of reminds me of an Egyptian princess costume!
Tess Daley - very boring and very creased... say no more.

Christine Blakely - ...again creased mess (nice colour though)
Lily Allen - just too much black for me, too baggy and hate the sleeves
Pixie Geldof - worst of the night for me, looks like she's rolled in off the streets!

& finally, the outfits I just couldn't decide on...
Diana Vickers - I LOVE this dress, and the accessories, I just don't like her hair, it completely spoils the entire outfit for me. I know top knots are totally in right now, but it's just too harsh for her.
Pixie Lott - she looks a little like a slutty school girl? Even though it's cute, its also a mess!
Not sure who the last girl is - a little too OTT, looks like something off the catwalk which should have been toned down for red carpet.

Who were your winners and losers?
