Everytime Boots hold their 3 for 2 cosmetics event, I always try to take advantage of the offer and stock up on some essentials. I only really needed four of these items, but it seemed silly to get four things when I could get six and only pay for four (...see what I did there? Any excuse for more goodies!)

The first thing I picked up was a new Collection Lasting Perfection concealer. I love this stuff, and go through loads of it... it's definitely my favourite concealer I've ever used, and it's an absolute bargain!

I also purposely went shopping for a powder to wear to set my foundation, but decided to try a new product. I usually buy Rimmel Stay Matte Powder, but this Collection one caught my eye... when I swatched it, it seemed a little more illuminating than the Rimmel one, and because I love their concealer so much, I decided to give it a go.

I bought the Rimmel Natural Bronzer, which is the one I always use in the shade 'Sun Bronze'. It's very matte and natural, perfect for contouring. The colour is perfect for my fair skin, and very natural. This was just a simple repurchase for me, one that I will make again and again unless someone can prove to me that there is a better, affordable bronzer out there.

The final thing that I needed was a berry/purple lipstick. I wanted it because I was going out in fancy dress as a punk, I chose to buy the Natural Collection 'Berry Blush' shade, for a couple of reasons; because I wasn't sure if I was going to love or hate it on me, so didn't want to spend a lot and because I've got a few of the Natural Collection lipsticks already, and I really really like them... for £1.99 you can't go wrong. I do actually love this shade, and I've been wearing it in day to day life, it's ideal for Autumn, and very on trend.

To make the most out of the offer, I picked up another Models Own nail varnish... I'm a huge fan of these, and already own tonnes from their range, so I knew I'd love whatever colour I chose. I decided to pick up Utopia, as I've heard so many people raving about it. It's gorgeous when applied, a really pale grey/lilac shade... great for a pale option for Wintery nails.

Last up I decided to give the 17 new Holographic nail polish a try. I loved the Gosh Holographic polish and I was devastated when they discontinued it. I'm yet to try this one, but if it's anything like the Gosh version, I'm going to be loving it!

If you would like me to review any of these products, just let me know :)
