With my birthday and Christmas just around the corner, I currently have one thing on my mind pretty much all of the time... presents!
I have some Christmas gift guide/wishlist kind of posts planned, and although I'm very excited for Christmas already this year, I'm holding myself back and not posting them until at least mid-November time.

For now though, I thought I would kill two brids with one stone (not literally, I love birds), and share some fashion based gift ideas with you all and enter a competition (click the link if you would like to enter too) which gifts vouchers are currently holding.

These are the kind of gifts that I myself would like to receive, or that I would give to a female friend or family member for Christmas.

Check Pyjamas - Who doesn't love some snuggly new pyjamas in Winter time?! These looks so cosy, and with the red and green coloured check design, they really are the perfect gift for this time of year. I can just imagine sitting around the tree on Christmas morning, wearing these and opening presents with the family.

O Clock Watch - So pretty and so simple, so it will never go out of style and such a useful gift. The frosty pink colour will work well all year round too, but if pink's not your thing, it also comes in lots of other colours and can be worn by men or women.

Horse Purse - I never forgave myself for not buying the horse clutch bag from ASOS earlier in the year, so as soon as I saw this it went to the top of my own wishlist, I'm sure plenty of others will feel the same way about it as I do! It really is a must have item, wether it's a gift you buy for someone else or for yourself... you could even afford to buy one each, because at only £15, they really are a bargain.

Fox scarf - I'm a little bit in love with this scarf, its just so cute! Woodland animals seem all the rage at the moment too, so you really have no better excuse to want this beauty! I can just picture teaming this up with a cute dress and a leather jacket.

Navajo Slipper Boots - I'm always a little disappointed if I don't receive slippers for Christmas, so I had to put some on my list of gift ideas. I especially love these boot style ones because they keep you extra warm and they're so funky... the colours aren't your regular Winter slipper colours, but still look amazing.

Stag Across Body Bag - Another woodland creature themed item.. oops! Its so smart though, I just had to include it. The mixture of black and brown looks so classic and stylish... anyone and everyone could find an outfit or two to wear with this in their wardrobe. For such a lovely bag, this is totally affordable and definitely a present which would be appreciated.

Umbrella - I live in the UK... need I say anymore? Everyone needs an umbrella... might as well use Christmas as an excuse to ask for a pretty one! The frilly edging and the floral pattern on this are just perfect.

Have you made a gift ideas list for the competition?
