Supermodels such as Rosie Huntington-Whitely, Miranda Kerr and Cara Delevingne have a genetic advantage when it comes to looking beautiful, but they also rely on a few beauty secrets, tips and tricks. Many of these are easy and cheap to try yourself, meaning that you don’t have to spend a fortune on beauty products or take drastic measures like nose job surgery to look like your favourite fashion model.
Oil-based make-up remover
Whilst a little more costly than other make-up removers, oil-based products are fast, gentle and soothing, whilst also eliminating deep-down dirt. Models such as Rosie Huntington-Whitely swear by it and carry it with them all the time.

In-flight beauty tips
If, like some of the world’s top models, you travel a lot, you may find this beauty tip very useful. Models such as Cara Delevingne make use of the time they spend in the air by popping on a skin treatment mask and de-puffing eye pads. If you have a long flight coming up and you need to look fresh when you get off the plane, these are the best tips to try.

Red light therapy
Red light therapy is designed to liven up tired and dull skin, giving it a gorgeous rejuvenated glow.  Some supermodels head down to Harley Street for their red light therapy and any other cosmetic procedures they want done. However, you can now save yourself some cash by buying at-home, hand-held red light therapy gadget, which has just been released onto the market.

Oxygen-boosted skincare
Beauty therapist Nichola Joss and her supermodel clients swear by oxygen-infused beauty products, saying: “Oxygen is the only thing that works when you're run down.”
If your skin is feeling run down, pick up a moisturiser or mask containing oxygen to give it a rejuvenating boost.
 Collagen skin pills
Collagen is the substance that keeps skin youthful-looking, springy and supple. By taking collagen in pill-form (only safe and properly tested products, of course) or by using a collagen-infused serum, you can keep your skin looking as young as you feel.

Coconut oil
One of the world’s most bankable supermodels, Miranda Kerr, swears by a rather unusual beauty secret which keeps her beautiful both inside and out. She said: “I won't go a day without coconut oil. I take four tablespoons a day, either on my salads, in my cooking or in my cups of green tea,”

Liquid vegetable energy
Another tip to keep you looking beautiful from the inside out is to drink fresh vegetable juices like models Anja Rubij and Abbey Lee. Nutritionist Christina Agnew explained: “Fresh green juices are hydrating, energising and much lower in sugar than sweet juices. Cucumber is packed with skin-friendly silicia while spinach is full of antioxidants and celery is rich in potassium, which regulates fluid,”
