This is the outfit I was planning on wearing for the Benefit event in Leeds tomorrow (I gave it a little test run on Wednesday)... I say 'was' because I'm currently dieing of flu and honestly can't see myself being well enough to go tomorrow :( Very bad times - I'm gutted! I was really looking forward to seeing the Fine One One in action and catching up with some of my blogger friends.

It's probably my own fault for going out in the snow dressed like this though.

Onto the outfit, I don't think I need to say much about this skirt, everyone wanted it and it sold out everywhere faster than people could get their mitts on it, but I was lucky enough to get the last one in my size from my local Primark. I don't think I suit it as much with tops tucked into it because I'm quite curvy and it can make me look a little too curvy, but worn quite high waisted with tops over the waistband - I love it.

This jumper has been one of my most worn this winter, it's just so cute, and the little beads on it make it that tiny bit more dressy. I was so happy when it arrived and it fit me perfectly too... I'm always a bit in-between with sizes of knit ware but this is pretty much made to measure.

Please excuse our cat 'Lion' photo bombing me in a couple of the shots! I usually crop him out but I'm trying to neaten my blog up a bit and have my photos all the same size (hopefully I've done it right) (...edit, oops obviously failed with the portrait photos) and that means that he's made it onto the blog - famous cat!

Maybe I'll see some of you at Benefit tomorrow... maybe I won't :( Let me know how it goes if I don't make it :)
