Murad Radiance Rescue Kit
Bad weather at this time of year can turn anyone's skin into a dry, dull disaster, especially if you're out in the cold a lot. I suffer from dry skin at the best of times, so when Murad contacted me asking if I would like to try out one of their skin care gift sets, I just had to give this one a go, and I am so thankful that I did, it has worked wonders for me.

I have only ever tried one product from Murad before; the Skin Perfecting Primer, which I love and use on a daily basis, so I did have high hopes for the products in the kit.

These products claim to help you 'rediscover a younger-looking complexion and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and dark spots while protecting your skin and eye area from future environmental change and maximising hydration'.
In the kit you get:
- Active Radiance Serum (full size 30ml) which is clinically proven to brighten and renew skin by improving natural radiance and clarity while smoothing skin to restore youthful texture and tone.
- Complete Reform (3.7ml) which is a patented, multi benefit treatment that transforms skinny increasing firmness and improving skin texture to reveal softer, smoother skin.
 - Essential - C Eye Cream (4ml) which protects, brightens and firms the overstressed, delicate eye area.
 - Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisturiser (7.5ml) which locks in optimal moisture levels.

I have been using this kit alongside my normal skincare routine for the past three weeks, and I have to say that I have started to notice a difference in the feel of my skin, it definitely feels softer. I have also noticed that despite the very bad weather we've had for the past 8 or 9 days, and me having a pretty bad cold, my skin hasn't suffered like it usually would under these circumstances, and I'm putting it down to these products.

The Active Radiance Serum is definitely the stand out product for me, it's a gel like consistency which sinks into the skin on application. I find it really cooling and refreshing on my face, and it kind of feels like it's doing my skin some good (I know that sounds daft, but I hope you know what I mean).
I'm also really loving the moisturiser too, it's very thick, but a little goes a long way and it leaves my skin feeling very fresh and protected from the cold and wind.

The packaging of these kits is really lovely too, but unfortunately this one has sold out on the website. There is however, still an anti-ageing kit available, which I am planning on buying on payday to put away for my Mam for her birthday. They really are a lovely gift idea, and I'm hoping they're restocked on the website again so that I can buy a few for Christmas presents too.
I have linked each product back to the website if you wanted to buy anything individually though.
