If you read my beauty posts regularly, you will know that I never settle on one foundation; I love Illamasqua Skin Base, I love Rimmel Wake Me Up and now I love this one too!
The packaging is lovely, a heavy weight frosted glass bottle with the signature Liz Earle deep blue shimmery lid, and the foundation itself is ever better.
I have dry/normal skin, and when used with a primer, this suits my skin type perfectly. Without a primer my dry patches are left quite noticeable, but that's no problem for me, because I much prefer using a primer anyway.
I like quite full coverage foundations, and this is a really buildable foundation which still manages to leave my skin looking flawless and natural. I have applied this with my fingers and with brushes, and both methods work perfectly well. The foundation is described as a 'silky, lightweight formula which glides on easily to give a long-lasting finish' and I couldn't agree more.
For £21 you get 25ml of product, and although I haven't finished this bottle, so can't really comment on how long it lasts, I've been using it pretty regularly, and thanks to the pump which allows you to dispense as much or as little as you need, there's never any reason to waste any product.
Unfortunately, I have a shade which is too dark for my skin ( I chose 03 Nude), so I've mostly been saving this for night's out when I'm wearing fake tan, however I'm definitely going to purchase a shade or two lighter when I go to Leeds next month when I can go to the Liz Earle store and be colour matched.
Have you tried this foundation?
Which products from the Liz Earle makeup range do you recommend I try next?!

I have just ordered my first MAC Studio Fix - hopefully it is the right shade!

Glad you out up what shade you'd bought with a pick, as I'm suprised that shade is nude.. I would of chose that too! So, good to know that if I do purchase, to def go lighter!

I received a sample of this with my last Liz Earle order and have to say I thought it seemed really good and applied well, although I noticed it got a bit patchy. I'm half decided on whether to purchase this.
