Festival fashion is my favourite on going trend, and every year when it comes back around I can't wait for the weather to arrive so that I can start wearing some festival inspired outfits.
Following on from my 'pub night out' outfit under £50, a festival style outfit was requested... so here you have it. I might even do a second outfit, as I was a little spoilt for choice in this category!

This outfit is based on it being a warm Summer's day at the festival, a little bit of mud is allowed, but no rain (maybe that's wishful thinking for the UK, but we can dream!)

The wet look crop top was the first item I chose to begin this outfit, cropped tops are so on trend right now, I predict that everyone will be wearing them at this years festivals. I love that it's wet look too... wet look bottoms are pretty common, but tops are a bit different and quirky. This already gives a rocky edge to the look.

The ideal thing to team with the top was denim shorts - a festival goers staple item. I love the cut off style of this pair, and the fact that they're a dark wash. These are a complete bargain from New Look - you won't get shorts like these any cheaper anywhere else.

For shoes, it has to be wellies doesn't it? And what better, than leopard print. These provide a real statement to the outfit, and jazz it up a little. Not only are they really funky, but they're also really fashionable.
I chose the tan satchel bag to pull the colours together - it's the perfect match for the boots. The style of the bag is ideal to just whip over your body, so your hands are free for all that festival type stuff (dancing, drinking, eating), and the subtle detail on the front of the bag is just too cute to resist - the ideal contrast to the wet look top.

With £8 remaining to spend on accessories, I expected to struggle, but with these bargainous aviator sunglasses from Missguided and the even better value feather necklace from Forever 21, the outfit is complete.

Let me know what kind of outfit you would like to see next.
