As usual, my monthly favourites are late... very late, but I did pop my video up on my YouTube channel a few days ago, so it's not toooo bad...
Unfortunately, this video seemed to be a bit jinxed, and everything kept going wrong with it; some bits recorded blurry, some just didn't record, then my memory card was full. It was very stressful, so a few bits were missed out of the video.
I was planning on summing up my favourites on my blog anyway, but I'll go a little more into detail with the bits that aren't mentioned in the video (which you can watch below).
Barry M Gelly nail polish 'Greenberry': I have already spoken about my love for the Gelly polishes, I love the colours, the quality and the finish of them all, but this beautiful bright shade of green is my favourite shade by far.
Pixi Eye Bright Primer: This is the primer which I find works best for me, my eye makeup always stays put when I use it. It's a very creamy base, which is super easy to apply thanks to the angled sponge applicator.
Blistex Lip Brilliance: My go-to lip balm, which leaves my lips super soft. It's slightly tinted with a very natural pink colour which is a 'your lips but nicer' kind of shade.
Calcot Manor Gentle Salt Scrub: I have already raved about this in a blog post, and I talk about it a lot in my video, this is one of my very, very favourite products ever. I urge anyone with dry skin to pop down to Tesco and get this now!
Neal & Wolf Smoothing Blow Dry Balm: I mentioned this in my last monthly favourites, and it's still up there as one of my most reached for products. It has a lovely 'posh hairdresser' kind of smell, and every time I'm wearing my hair straight, I reach for this, to help combat all the fly away and split hairs. I apply it to my hair from mid length down, and it really does leave my damaged hair looking and feeling healthier and smoother.
Avon Liquid Freeze Quick Dry Nail Spray: A miracle worker... spray this onto your nails after painting, and they're dry and glossy within seconds! Every girl should have this product in their life.
Milkshake Leave In Conditioner: The nicest smelling product in the world ever, this smells like vanilla and strawberry milkshakes and ice cream (if only it was edible!) I've never used a leave in conditioner before this, but I'm officially obsessed. I just spritz this into the ends of my towel dried hair and leave it to soak in, unfortunately the smell doesn't linger in my hair, but it is definitely a lovely conditioner.
The Body Shop Coconut Body Mist: One of my all-time favourite products, everyone who knows me, knows this as my signature scent. Such a summery, fresh scent to spray allover the body and into your hair. I'm past half way through it now too, I'll have to buy another one soon so that I never run out!
Garnier BB Cream: When I'm having a good skin day, I always find myself reaching for this rather than foundation lately. It's nice when the weather's warm to not be caked in layers of makeup, so I just wear this with a little bit of concealer and a nice blush and I'm ready to go.
Sleek Blush By 3 'Lace': Three stunning colours, great for Spring/Summer time. Sleek blushes are really highly pigmented too, and the colour is very long lasting - these are totally worth the money!
L'oreal Skin Perfection Micellar Water: This has been so lovely for my sensitive skin, it's the first water makeup remover I have used, and I definitely see why people rave about these. It feels very soft and gentle on the skin, and makes removing makeup really quick and easy. Although this has made me quite lazy with my skincare routine, I do love it!
He-Shi Express Liquid Tan: I've blogged about this too, you can read my review here. This is the easiest tan to apply, it dries fast and leaves the most natural, bronzed colour - I love it!
Lauren's Way Glam Tan: My favourite fake tan for night's out, it's really easy to apply, as it's very dark, you can see exactly where you've applied it and where you haven't. The colour is instant, but it does keep developing and getting darker as time goes on. I love all the Lauren's Way products I've tried, and it's yet to be beaten in my eyes... if you're looking for natural but very dark tan, this is the one for you.
