How many times a week do you hear yourself say 'I have nothing to wear'? I know I say it on a pretty regular basis! Next time you're thinking the same, just grab your boyfriend's shirt and transform it into a new outfit for yourself.

I've styled three separate looks, all using a men's Oxford shirt from New Look

Outfit 1 - Leather Trousers: Mango / Shoes: Vintage / Bag: Matalan / Bracelets: Claire's

The first look is a smart/casual outfit, something which could be worn for a day shopping or drinks with the girls. With the shirt buttons open to flash a little bit of subtle flesh and tucked into leather trousers it gives the simple shirt a cheeky revamp. I decided to dress the look up a little with some sleek heels and a statement clutch.
Outfit 2 - Skirt: Primark / Boots: Matalan /  Necklace: Rosa Red / Watch: Olivia Burton

The second look is my favourite, and definitely the one I would choose to wear the most. Again I have tucked the shirt in, this time into a high waisted pleated skirt. I have buttoned the shirt up and added a statement, glitzy necklace. This really feminises the shirt and I tied in the pastel shades of the necklace with my pastel watch for a bit of a girly touch. To keep the outfit true to what I would wear, I added chunky ankle boots. I don't think anyone would know this was a man's shirt when worn this way.

Outfit 3 - Dress: Missguided / Boots: Shoe Zone / Bag: Nica

The final look is a way to embrace wearing your boyfriend's shirt. I like that people may know you've borrowed your mans top as a cover up. Worn open ontop of an oversized, printed smock dress, this is a really practical, comfy outfit. The floral print keeps the outfit quite girly and it all seems to tie in really well... I could imagine wearing this at a festival or on holiday.
