I feel like I need to apologise for the lack of blog posts this month, I won't go into too much detail as I have written a catch up post, but if you follow me on Twitter you may have noticed that I have moved house, therefore everything has had to take a back seat, including my blog.
At the moment, due to house expenses, I'm really trying to save money. Spending bans really don't work for me, I have tried and tried but banning myself from spending anything just makes me want to rebel and treat myself. Instead, I'm just trying to save and be careful with my money... this is more of a challenge and a little more fun. I can still spend but I try to find the best deals, definitely a win/win situation.
While browsing all of the go-to online shops for clothes, I came across www.voucherbin.co.uk, a website I wish I had discovered years ago! Voucher Bin is packed with vouchers and discount codes for hundreds of websites, some offering free postage, some offering percentages off your orders - there are plenty of savings to be had, and not just on clothes, there's pretty much everything you could want; books, flowers, furniture, travel, beauty and so much more.
You can set yourself a budget and search by category to find the best deals for what you want, or if you like me and you just enjoy a bit of window shopping, you can search the list of VoucherBin UK Stores to find what you need. This is my favourite way to navigate the site, and it helped me to find deals on the clothes pictured above (all of which are now top of my wishlist for payday!)
I don't feel so guilty though, as now I know that I can make some savings on them, and really, they're all necessities for a Summer wardrobe! The paisley print dress is so pretty, and will look great with tan ankle boots on a warm day, or layered with the pink jacket. I'd also wear the jumper (which I am in love with!) with the jacket, or with the trousers, which are possibly the cutest I've ever seen!
Do you shop for deals and savings online, or are you more of an impulse buyer?
I was the latter, but I definitely think I've found a new way of spending and saving all at the same time.(*)
