Not to sound too old and repeat something your Grandmothers probably were heard to say again and again, flowers in the house really do brighten the place up. Flowers can instantly lift a room, and they always make me feel happy. Now that I am a homeowner, I always try to have a fresh bunch of flowers in my living room and changing up the colours and types of flowers makes choosing a new bouquet even more exciting.

I was asked by the amazing Appleyard London florists if I would like to select some flowers for my home to feature on That's Peachy, and of course I said yes, there is something really exciting about having flowers delivered!
If you haven't heard of Appleyard before, they focus on bringing rare species of flowers and displaying them in really interesting and fashionable ways there is a real style and glamour about their flowers and you can just see how much thought goes into each collection, as they say themselves 'it's more than just flowers, it is hand-tied luxury'.

I selected the Memory Lane bouquet, manly due to the stunning yet slightly muted colour scheme which I thought would look beautiful against my grey walls in my living room. The pinks, purples and whites from the roses, antique carnations and scented alstroemeria work so well with the green leaves and little purple blooms, it's a really natural looking, yet striking bouquet.
I received them on a selected day through the next day flower delivery option, they were fresh, healthy and beautiful from the minute I opened the box, and they lasted for over a week. The service was really efficient and great to know about incase of any forgotten or last minute present buying - which I'm such a nightmare for, at least now I know that I can send flowers without any worrying about quality or service.
