So bareMinerals have done it again and released yet another foundation to add to their ever expanding collection. Blemish Remedy is the latest addition and it takes their range up to an impressive 6 foundations, which really must mean that they have the perfect base for everyone and anyone!I was completely won over by Complexion Rescue and also really like the Bare Skin foundation, but this is completely different, this time bareMinerals have gone back to their roots and released another powder foundation.

Blemish Remedy surprised me in the fact that even though it is a mineral-powder foundation which feels completely weightless on the skin, it still provides a full coverage finish. Not only that, it also neutralises any shine or redness to leave a really natural, fresh complexion.
The ingredients include aspen bark and tea tree oil which work to improve the appearance of the skin while you're wearing the foundation - who doesn't love a little two in one product?!
When applied lightly with the new Seamless Buffing Brush which fits perfectly into the mesh filter of this foundation, the skin looks completely natural and radiant, but can be built up for a completely full coverage if you're wanting to wear it for more of a special occasion or a night out.

They have also really thought about the packaging for this foundation... it has a pressurised fastening to the lid so that the loose powder is held in, you don't have to worry about this falling out allover the place or any major spills and the product is also covered in mesh which will prevent you from using too much or wasting any product. The ring around the product inside the pot is there so that you can tap off any excess product, again preventing any waste and helping you to have the perfect amount on your brush. The lid of the foundation is also a mirror... and if you're anything like me this is a huge bonus (I'm forever rooting around for my compact in my handbag!)

I've been using shade 02 Clearly Pearl, but it is available in ten shades so hopefully there's the colour match for you too!
Blemish Ready retails at £26 and the Seamless Buffing Brush is £24.

If you would like to give this or any other bareMinerals foundation at try, pop along to your nearest bareMinerals counter (I highly recommend the girls at the Fenwicks counter in Newcastle, they're all lovely and super helpful!) and say that you were reading about it on my blog;  they will give you a deluxe size sample of the foundation best for your skin type and needs completely free!
