Urban Decay is a brand I have always had a soft spot for, namely the eyeshadows and their amazing Primer Potion, but recently I have delved a little deeper into their realms and tried out more of their makeup. Being a blogger you get drawn into certain brands and Urban Decay is one of those which really grabbed me, I find myself constantly impressed with the colour selection, pigmentation and overall quality of their products.

In the photos above I am wearing pretty much everything UD... the only things that aren't are my mascara, brow powder and my base (I must add Naked Skin to my collection!)

The Flushed Palette in 'Streak' is something I could rave about for days, it's just so beautiful to look at, apply and wear. The bronzer is a light, matte bronze shade, perfect for pale faced ladies like myself... I use this to contour and add a little colour down my neck. The highlight is the perfect natural glow that I've been searching for all my life! It's really fine and not at all dusty on the cheeks and I find with a quick sweep of this across my cheekbones and down the centre of my nose, my face is instantly lifted and my complexion brightened. Lastly the blush is a bright peachy pink shade which is easy to blend out of build up to a striking colour, it's just so wearable and oh so convenient to have all three products in one palette with a big mirror in the lid - ideal for nights out or when you're travelling and just £22.50 for three full size products is a real bargain!

I mixed a little bit of my all-time favourite blusher (big statement I know), from the Afterglow Powder Blush range in the shade 'Rapture' you may have already seen me raving about this on Instagram. This is not only the first powder blush I have tried which applies as smoothly and flawless as most cream blushes but it gives light and a fresh finish to the skin, there's slight shimmer without the glitter and the stunning purple/mauve shade is just beautiful for Autunm/Winter season.

On the eyes I used the eyeshdow in 'Beware' a subtle, warm toned matte brown shade, which I blended out with my favourite 'Limit' from the Naked 3 Palette and then lined the eye using 'Blackheart'. Beware and Limit have very similar silky textures which last for hours without any creasing and needless to say all three shadows have amazing saying power and the pigmentation is second to none.

Under the brow bone to give a little definition and lift I used a light dusting of the Naked Illuminated Powder in 'Aura', for a night out or a Summer's day this can go everywhere , but for daytime December I wanted to keep things a little more subtle. This powder catches the light from every angle and is just as stunning when applied as it is in a swatch, it's really glittery and sparkly but somehow adds a somewhat subtle, beautiful shimmer. This also looks amazing on the dressing table in it's swanky packaging!

Lastly I finished the look with a lipgloss, yes that's right, I've found a lipgloss I like to wear! The one I'm talking about is from the Revolution High Color Range called 'Liar', a natural brown/pink shade. Not only is the colour payoff from this amazing, it's glossy but not tacky and it applies so smoothly with one sweep across the lips. The formula contains Hilurlip which makes lips look fuller and plumper (Kylie Jenner lips here I come!) while also hydrating the lips while it's worn... and who doesn't love a makeup product with added benefits?!

Falling in love with these products has just made me want to try even more from the brand! Let me know if there's anything I haven't tried that you would recommend!
