I've been wanting to shoot outfit photos on Newcastle Quayside for as long as I can remember, and last week I finally got the chance!
This is one of my go-to outfit styles at the moment... Casual and comfy with a bit of detail, then with some snazzy shoes to finish it off.My new bomber is one of my favourite pieces in my wardrobe, like ever! I'm all about velvet for this time of year and the deep blue colour is so gorgeous against the silver zips.
I was initially worried it would be one of those 'I love it but never wear it' items, but I've actually been wearing it loads, even for the school run!
Styling is key with it... Just keep everything around it fairly plain and let it do the talking itself.
They make the perfect partner to any statement shoe, and as I'm trying to fill my wardrobe with all of the boots I possibly can this season, they're ideal for me!
I would have gone for a bolder choice of shoe for this look if it wasn't for my bomber, but I thought I needed something a bit more subtle. Which is where these shoe boots always come in handy... They're my most worn footwear by a mile!
I'm sure you'll be seeing the bomber and the jeans on here over and over again in the near future... I promise not to be an outfit repeater, but I can't promise you won't be sick of the sight of them soon!
I'm even tempted to pick up the jacket in another colour... Excessive?
How would you style these pieces?
