I feel like there should be some kind of newsflash attached to this post, because I have finally been won over by a glossy lip product!

It's been a long time coming, but I finally have some lip products in my collection that I love, which have a bit of a shine to them.
Admittedly, I'm never drawn to lip glosses or anything similar as I always expect them to be sticky, to taste strange and for the pigmentation to be really minimal - Shows what I know, because these Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Sticks have proven me wrong on all three points!

I have been trying out four shades from the range; Pinkfetti, Nudist, Technicoral and Purple Rain and I have to say that I really, really rate them all and have been reaching for them pretty often.

For days where you want some colour to your look, but don't want to worry about reapplying fully opaque lipsticks or smudging colour on your face throughout the day, these are perfect. For something quick to apply, for something comfortable to wear and for something completely affordable (they're only £3.50 each), we're ticking all of the boxes with these!

The gloss sticks are more of a balm formula than an actual gloss but still with a glossy finish, which could be why I love them so much. They are packaged in crayon form, with a slanted, pointed tip which makes applying neatly really easy. All of the shades are really moisturising and keep my lips hydrated throughout the day without giving them that heavy, sticky feeling.
They smell and taste pretty good too, with a subtle, sweet vanilla fragrance to them.
Pinkfetti really lives up to it's name; it's girly, it's fun and it's so, so pretty.
I always worry that baby pinks are going to be blue toned and wash my out completely, but this is more of a rosy pink, one of those (and hear comes that dreaded phrase) 'your lips but better' colours, that I can imagine being flattering of everyone's skin tone.
Nudist is a peachy nude, which seems to balance out the tone of my lips, to look almost invisible, but with a lovely gloss finish to it and is the first nude lip product that I have worn for years.
For days when you want it to look like you're wearing no makeup, this is ideal. Lily Pebbles even wore it on her wedding day!
Technicoral is the brightest shade of the four, and is probably more suited to Spring/Summer as I could imagine this looking stunning with a tan. It's a subtle nod to a bright/neon lip, so maybe if you're not quite brave enough to go really bold, then this could be the one for you.

Last but not least is Purple Rain, which is in fact my favourite of the four shades... The pigmentation is amazing and the colour itself is the most wearable berry shade I have ever known.
Again, if you've never braved a purple lip before, this is the perfect shade to pick up, to ease yourself in to something out of your comfort zone.

Have you tried any makeup from Soap & Glory?
I really want to try more now... Leave me some recommendations in the comments!
